Matt Tyson
A proud sixth-generation Texan, Attorney Matt Tyson is known for two things: winning cases, and shooting straight with his clients.
His client-first approach and extraordinary ability to explain complex case details in simple terms has enabled him to successfully represent clients from all walks of life.
Matt aspired to be a lawyer for as long as he could remember. Growing up in West Texas, Matt worked his way through the University of Texas for his undergraduate degree and later returned home to attend Texas Tech School of Law. After completing law school, he launched his own firm representing his first client in the courtroom only one week after being licensed. And won. This first victory would serve as the beginning of an impressive winning streak to launch his career as he continued making a name for himself.
Now years later, Matt has represented hundreds of clients. He has established himself as a force to be reckoned with, having gone head-to-head and defeated some of the top attorneys in the state. His relentless determination and fierce advocacy has established his top tier reputation. Through the respect of clients and peers he earned a prestigious 10 rating by Avvo, was named “Top 40 Under 40” by the National Trial Lawyers Association, and recognized as one of Houston’s top attorneys by Houstonia Magazine.

David Ryan, Of Counsel
David Michael Ryan was born in Germany and has practiced law since 1993.
David has been involved in numerous cases reported widely in the mainstream media, as well as media serving non-English speaking communities in the United States. This includes a number of newspapers, Texas Monthly, Fox News, and ABC’s 20/20.
David Ryan is on the Board of Directors of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (TCDLA) and the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association (HCCLA).
In 2013, 2014 and 2015, David Michael Ryan was recognized as Mentor of the Year by HCCLA for his work with young lawyers, the first time the award has been given in consecutive years. David was also honored as HCCLA’s Member of the Year in 2016. David Ryan has taught law and continuing legal education (CLE) at various times over the past fifteen years.
